If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time. If you have submitted your order, you may cancel it as long as we have not sent it to you. Please let us know you would like to do so by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received you have the right to return them. Please inform us that you would like to do so by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Goods must be un-used, must have all accessories, labels and be in the original packaging.
You may choose to return goods by regular post or certified post with tracking number. The return post costs shall be paid by you. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain a refund. After 14 days only an exchange or credit note will be issued.
If you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or which which are damaged or defective, we will send you the missing goods, replace or repair them, or refund to you the amount you paid for them if you no longer want to receive them.
You must notify us about the return by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 8 days of receipt of your order. Damaged or wrongly delivered goods must be returned to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. Returned goods must be un-used, must have all accessories, labels and be in the original packaging. The return postage costs will be paid by us and will be refunded to your account.
After we have received the returned package and checked that everything is in order, we will send you the new goods and/or credit the returned amount to the same credit card used to pay as agreed. You may choose to return goods by regular post or certified post with tracking number, however if returned goods are lost on their way to us, the value of the goods will not be refunded.
Damaged goods under transportation
If goods are visibly damaged under transportation, you should take a picture of the package and the damaged goods, keep the packaging and the goods as you received them and contact your nearest post office in Norway or Fedex office abroad to file a claim. You may also take contact with us to receive further instructions.
